Wynton Sharpe is an expert trial attorney with over 15 years of experience in criminal and civil proceedings in state and federal court. He is admitted to the New York Bar, the US District Court of the Eastern District of New York and the Southern District Court of New York.

He began his career working in cases where he assisted clients with retaining family estates when their loved ones passed away without a will. This is an area that Mr. Sharpe is still passionate about to this day. He currently provides workshops on the importance of estate planning.
Sharpe continued his experience as an Assistant District Attorney for Kings County and for 7 years, protected the people of Brooklyn. He then made an earnest decision to instead defend the people of New York and became a defense attorney.

Wynton is an avid fundraiser for the Ronin Shotokan Karate-Do Association in Brooklyn. He is the Chairman of the Board for a NY non-profit, I Hold the Key, Inc. a 501c3 organization committed the the elevation of youth and community. Sharpe mentors middle & high school students on becoming the best version of themselves and the importance of having vision.

With over a decade of legal experience as a litigator in New York. Mr. Marshall served the people of New York as an Assistant District Attorney for over five years as a prosecutor in Brooklyn.
While with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s office, Mr. Marshall worked in the elite Rackets division and specialized in the prosecution of police corruption, white collar crime, hate crimes, and environmental crimes as well as assaults, robberies, attempted murder, domestic violence and other prosecutions.
Mr. Marshall then worked in the field of insurance defense in lower Manhattan where he litigated personal injury, New York Labor Law and construction related insurance defense litigation.
